How to Take Drink Moringa

PREPARATION

Add 1 tsp of powder to 8 oz of room temperature water. Room temperature water helps the moringa powder dissolve better. You may add more cold water once it has dissolved completely. It will dissolve in cold water, but it helps if you let the powder stand 3-5 minutes before stirring in order for the powder to absorb the water first. Stir until thoroughly dissolved. Moringa has a slightly nutty green taste, similar to wheatgrass or matcha powder. To enhance the flavor, add some lemon to your water and drink the entire glass at once.

Tip: Moringa is great to take first thing in the morning to give you the energy boost and mental clarity you need to kick start your day. Keep your favorite reusable non-BPA water bottle mixed up with moringa powder and water to get you through the rest of your afternoon at work.

If your juice is cold, add the powder to 4 ounces of lukewarm water and let it dissolve before stirring thoroughly until dissolved. Then add in 4 ounces of cold juice. By diluting the juice, you get the addition of the flavor with only half the additional calories.

This is very hot to the touch, but not boiling. If your water is too hot, it will destroy the nutritional content of the tea and alter its flavor.
